Mayor Eric L. Olivarez joined the “Kababaihan: Maganda Na, Healthy Ba?” medical caravan held at the Barangay Vitalez Gym this morning. The event was a project of District 1 Congressman Edwin L. Olivarez, in collaboration with Mayor Eric L. Olivarez's office, District 1 City Councilor Pablo “Paolo” Olivarez II, and Barangay Captain Alexander Alvarez, as part of the celebration of Women's Month this March.

The medical caravan aimed to provide free medical services to women in the community. Various services were offered, including medical check-ups, laboratory tests, breast cancer screenings, and consultations with medical professionals. The event also featured talks on women's health and wellness, as well as discussions on the importance of self-care and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Mayor Olivarez expressed his gratitude to Congressman Olivarez, Councilor Olivarez, and Barangay Captain Alvarez for their efforts in organizing the medical caravan, which he believes will greatly benefit the community, especially the women. He also commended the medical professionals who volunteered their time and expertise to provide free services to the residents.

“Napakalaking tulong ng proyektong ito para sa ating mga kababaihan dito sa Muntinlupa. Makakaasa kayo na patuloy naming isasagawa ang ganitong mga aktibidad upang masiguro ang inyong kalusugan at kagalingan," Mayor Olivarez said.

The event was well-received by the community, with many expressing their appreciation for the free medical services provided. The organizers hope to continue this project in the future and reach more women in need of medical attention and care.
